Taiwanese Indigenous Song and Dance: the Formosa Indigenous Song and Dance Troupe

The Formosa Indigenous Song and Dance Troupe“Pulima Link”is well known in domestic Taiwan and abroad. It is a Presbyterian dance group that covers the essence of various aboriginal and traditional cultures. Gathering the expertise and experience of many scholars and theater performers in many fields, it focuses on field investigations and reproducing the original rustic of traditional ceremonies. Pulima Link is a pioneer in the aboriginal theatre, as well as promoting and inheriting traditional culture. This time, through the artistic performances of aboriginal dances and songs, it echoes the "Friendly Equality" and "Public Participation" demonstration units, and enables international audiences to learn the multicultural characteristics, cultural heritage and strength of Taiwanese aboriginal groups.
