Contemporary Dance: Ku & Dancers

Ku & Dancers was founded in Taiwan in 1993 by dancer, choreographer, teacher Ming-Shen Ku. The aim of Ku & Dancers is to create and perform modern dances, and its performances cover all over Asia, Europe and the US. Ku & Dancers actively promotes improvisation dance performance and "contact improvisation" dance styles and concepts. It is the only professional performance group in Taiwan that performs this kind of art. This time, we invite Ku & Dancers to use modern flowing sleeves dance, and goes with technical projections to perform dance performances, presenting the art of calligraphy through dance, as well as the new style of East Asian aesthetics.
